1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using mlccs.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Site purpose

mlccs.com is the supply-network execution layer of the MLCCAI ecosystem. The site supports product-data review, supplier-data routing, RFQ routing, datasheet request support, sample coordination, quotation workflow, and related business communications. Where an authorized support path is shown for AILLEN, CCTC, or EYANG, that path is held by NextGen Components, Inc. The site is not a substitute for final engineering approval, component qualification, or manufacturer documentation review.

3. Information submitted through the site

You may submit part numbers, specifications, company information, RFQ requirements, BOM references, quantities, target lead times, and related sourcing information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, lawful, and authorized for disclosure.

4. Technical information and cross‑reference data

Website content, product records, supplier-data references, cross-reference information, availability notes, datasheet request references, and related technical information are provided for business review and sourcing-support purposes only and should not be treated as final engineering approval, product qualification, guaranteed availability, or guaranteed manufacturer acceptance. Final component selection, electrical validation, compliance review, reliability testing, and application approval remain the responsibility of the customer and the applicable manufacturer documentation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized information;
• attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site;
• scrape, harvest, or copy site data at scale without written permission;
• bypass pagination, access controls, rate limits, Row Level Security, or other technical safeguards, or use automated tools to extract, reproduce, or redistribute product records at scale without prior written permission;
• reverse engineer or misuse any technical data, automation, or interface made available through the site;
• use the site in violation of export-control, sanctions, anti-bribery, or other applicable laws.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, layout, text, data organization, workflow structure, and MLCCAI ecosystem presentation are owned by or licensed to MLCCAI, Inc. Supplier names, product names, part numbers, trademarks, and datasheet references may belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the site for legitimate business review and RFQ purposes.

7. Third-party links and supplier references

The site may reference third-party suppliers, product families, datasheets, websites, or documentation. Those references are provided for convenience and review. Authorized support-path references for AILLEN, CCTC, and EYANG, where shown, refer to support paths held by NextGen Components, Inc. Other supplier or manufacturer references do not imply authorization, distribution rights, product availability, pricing, or manufacturer acceptance unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific transaction. MLCCAI, Inc. does not control third-party websites or manufacturer documentation and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or changes.

MLCCAI is a brand owned by MLCCAI, Inc. MLCCAI-branded products may be manufactured by qualified third-party manufacturing partners. MLCCAI, Inc. does not represent that it directly manufactures the products listed under the MLCCAI brand. MLCCAI, Inc. is the customer-facing commercial entity for MLCCAI-branded products and handles quotations, customer contracts, order acceptance, invoicing, payment collection, and customer support unless otherwise expressly stated in a written transaction document.

NextGen Components, Inc. is a separate legal entity and an affiliated company of MLCCAI, Inc. NextGen Components, Inc. may provide upstream procurement, supplier coordination, authorized support-path access where applicable, logistics coordination, and fulfillment support to MLCCAI, Inc. Its support role does not change the customer-facing commercial entity identified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or other written transaction document.

If you use an external translation link or third-party website, you may leave mlccs.com and the third party’s own terms and privacy practices will apply.

8. No guaranteed availability or acceptance

Submitting an RFQ or request through mlccs.com does not guarantee product availability, acceptance of an order, pricing, delivery, credit terms, or supplier approval. Any commercial transaction is subject to written quotation, order confirmation, applicable terms, and final review.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLCCAI, Inc. disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLCCAI, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of production, business interruption, procurement delay, engineering rework, or reliance on product information, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to the site or these Terms

MLCCAI, Inc. may update the site, modify these Terms, or discontinue any feature at any time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
